RESEARCHER
My foundation lies in transdisciplinary science based on physics, psychodynamics and the science of complex systems.
Could we be a good fit for a collaboration?
Every collaboration is different. And yet, over the years I have found that certain attitudes and ideas can make a collaboration particularly fruitful, while other (unspoken) expectations tend to lead to a less than ideal collaboration for both sides.
The following thoughts are therefore intended as an invitation to explore whether our ways of working are a good fit.
Our collaboration could be a good fit if...
-
You feel that there could be "more music" or "more life" in your own role.
-
You fundamentally have (or want to have) trust in the people you are responsible for leading.
-
You see great potential in a project, but don't know how this can be realized.
-
You are willing to take time for what is essential and to pause from time to time.
-
For you, professionalism is not a contradiction to joy, ease, and genuine human connection.
We probably are not a good match if…
-
You already know exactly what you want and are primarily looking for a "service provider" who will implement your ideas.
-
For you, achieving a predetermined goal is more important than the quality of the relationships and the process.
-
You prefer a "good show" or quick answers to substantial reflection.
-
For you, public visibility and outreach are more important than sustainable impact.
-
You expect me to take on responsibilities that actually lie with yourself.
Contexts of my work
